The participant is aware that his or her personal data as well as the email adress will be used for organisational purposes in the context of the 52nd ETDS. The personal data as well as the email adress will not be passed on to a third party.

The participant him- or herself is responsible for transferring the participation fee and the cost of the ordered articles on time. For the timeliness, the date of receipt on the organisers bank account is crucial.

Does the deregistration take place before September, the 7th 2014, the transferred participation fee will be refunded (minus a 10% service charge). A deregistration after September, the 7th 2014 is not possible. The participation fee and ordered articles have to be paid. A reimbursement will not take place. In case of sickness or injury, 50% of the participation fee can be refunded, if a medical certificate is provided until October, the 9th 2014.

The valid student card will be checked at the check-in. Without a valid student card, the difference between the student fee and the non-student fee has to be paid.

Due to the tight organisational budget, it is not allowed to bring own beverages. Beverages have to be bought at the event.

In case of unintended negligence, the organiser assumes no liability for health and material damage of the participants.
