Registration

The registration for the ETDS can only be done by the university's Teamcaptains.

Closing date for the registration will be 7th September 2014. We will offer discount rates for early registration.

The maximum number of participants will be 550. We will apply a simple “first paid, first registered” rule.

The registration is completed by incoming payment.

1. Sign up by the Teamcaptains

Teamcaptains will register the participants of their university in the Teamcaptain's area. If you would like to participate in the ETDS, please contact your Teamcaptain and let him/her know the following information to complete your registration:

• First name, last name
• E-mail address
• Student/PhD-student yes/no
• Starting wish: ballroom and/or latin, Breitensport, CloseD or Open
• For Breitensport participants: dancing partner for the ETDS, if already known
• For competitive dancers: level of dancing and regular dancing partner
• Newcomer yes/no
• Adjudicator yes/no
• Helping possible yes/no
• T-Shirt, mug, towel (pcs and size)
• Vegetarian yes/no
• Breakfast on Monday yes/no

2. Payment by the participants

After registration through the Teamcaptains, the participants will receive further details via e-mail:

• 1st e-mail to confirm his/her registration and check the registration details.

• 2nd e-mail with payment details and further instructions. Please follow the instructions in this e-mail and transfer the registration fees directly to the ETDS Team.

• 3rd e-mail with confirmation of the payment.

The date of payment according to the ETDS bank account is relevant for the valid participation rate.

The registration is completed by incoming payment.

3. Check-in by the participant

After the payment is completed and the registration is closed, you will receive your entry ticket via e-mail. Please print your e-tickets and bring these with you. You will need to show your ticket at check-in as well as your student's ID card.
