Dear Euronauts,

organising such a big dancing event requires much work before, during and after the ETDS weekend.

Especially during the weekend, there is much work to do in short time.

Since our crew consists of only 10 members, we need your help!

Without your help, we won't get our Extra-Terrestrial Dance Station launched.

Below you will find the volunteering schedule and a short briefing package regarding the funktions.

For the yellow shifts we still need volunteers.

As you see, we urgently need sleepinghall guards. Without sleepinghall guards, we don't get the permission to use the sleeping halls!

You can choose which task at what time you would like to take.

Below you also see an overview about amount of volunteers needed for the (de-)construction.

Would be great, if you can stay on Monday a bit longer to help us with the deconstruction.

If you found one or more shifts you would like to take or if you can help us with the (de-)construction please write us an email to helpers_52etds@gmx.de with the following informations:

Firstname, Lastname, Team, Function, Day, Timeslot

For manning the shifts at the ETDS weekend, we will use the "first come, first serve"-principle.

Short remark for tournament dancers:

The four parallel "backup"-shifts from 13 o'clock on (when the preliminary rounds are finished) can be taken by tournament dancers. If there is need for a backup, we will only ask you to help out, if your are not in the tournament anymore.

We look forward to lift off with you on the Extra-Terrestrial Dance Station!

Greetings,

Melvin and the whole crew from Düsseldorf
